For The Crust You Will Need:

7 TBSP Cold and Cubed Butter and 1 TBSP Ice Cold Water.

For Filling You Will Need:

4 oz. Room Temperature Cream Cheese, 2 Large Eggs, 4 TBSP Melted Butter, and 1/4 Cup Water.

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Butter and line 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil and set aside.

For The Crust:

3. Combine butter and crust mix on medium-low until mixture is crumbly (about 2-3 minutes).

4. Add cold water mixing on medium-high until mixture is a loose dough.

5. Press dough evenly into bottom of prepared pan and prick with fork.

For The Filling:

6. Beat cream cheese, eggs, and butter on medium speed until well combined (about 2-3 minutes).

7. Add pouch of filling mix and beat on medium speed until well combined (about 2-3 minutes).

8. Add water and continue to beat until well combined (about 1 minute).

9. Spread the filling evenly over crust and bake for 33-36 minutes or until edges are set.

10. Cool for at least 45 minutes before cutting.

(Do not eat or taste dough or raw batter.)

Delivery Schedule

All orders placed online are shipped out on the soonest available shipping day. If we receive your order prior to 2 PM (EST), Monday through Thursday, we will ship your order via UPS or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery on the same day. Otherwise, we will ship your order on the following Monday.

Delivery Methods

All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. All P.O. Box addresses are shipped via USPS, though we encourage customers to use physical delivery addresses whenever possible due to the extended transit time when shipping to P.O. Boxes. Since most of our gifts include vacuum-packed meats and pecans, we will not ship a gift during the warmer months if it will not arrive within the same week that the order was placed. For example, if an order is placed on a Thursday (after 2 PM EST) and it takes two or more business days to arrive, we may hold the order and ship it on the following Monday to allow the gift to remain in constant transit. This will ensure the gift does not sit in carrier warehouses over the weekend and that you or your recipient receive the best quality product. Our country-style products do not require refrigeration while in transit, but should be refrigerated upon arrival. All of our standard gift boxes have shipping and handling included for any address within the Continental United States.
